Emily and Timothy were guests at a wedding I photographed this past year. (You may remember that wedding– Kelton + Lindsay are still being posted all over my blog!) I overheard them talking about their elopement plans and of course– I had to put my 2 cents into that conversation. We instantly started connecting with their mountain elopement. Although Craggy Gardens is closed this time of year, we found a nice mountain spot in Asheville that a family member owns. (No, it is not available to the public. Sorry guys!)

Emily and Timothy were so laid back the entire day. My favorite kind of couples! We headed out at 7am, beat the sunrise, had their elopement. Went back to the cabin, and then headed out for coffee. If you know me, elopements, coffee, mountains… I was in HEAVEN!

Emily and Timothy– I wish you both a lifetime of happiness. You two are two of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life. I have no doubt in my mind that you two will live a very long and happy married life together. Thank you so much for letting me be part of your special day!

Interesting article. It is very unfortunate that over the last one decade, the travel industry has already been able to to tackle terrorism, SARS, tsunamis, flu virus, swine flu, plus the first ever true global economic depression. Through all of it the industry has really proven to be solid, resilient as well as dynamic, locating new strategies to deal with adversity. There are continually fresh challenges and possibilities to which the market must just as before adapt and behave.
